In Season 1, Mythic+ dungeon gear begins at a base item level of 246, escalating to a peak of 266. The Great Vault dispenses gear spanning from 256 to 272 item levels. Specifically, from a WoW Mythic +10 run, participants are awarded 266 item level gear at the dungeon's conclusion, and they also have the opportunity to attain 272 item level gear from the Great Vault.
Tier set pieces do not drop directly from Mythic+ dungeon runs. They can, however, be acquired from the Great Vault, where the item levels of these pieces align with the expected rewards for those gear slots.
In Season 1, the Mythic+ dungeon rotation features four new dungeon expansion and four returning dungeons from the previous add-ons, such as Dragonflight, Wrath of the Lich King, Legion, and Warlords of Draenor.
For Mythic+ 10 dungeons, being level 90 with an item level (ilvl) of 250 or higher is recommended to confidently address the challenges within.
A good Mythic Plus rating varies based on the goals you're aiming for. Achieving a rating of around 2500 or higher after a multiple Mythic +10 boosts in WoW signifies a high level of skill and dedication, enabling players to obtain high-level items from dungeons and the Great Vault and also Midnight Keystone Hero: Season One achievement.
